Fire Chief Russ Sanders stresses the importance of work hard, pride, and respect to those entering the fire service. Chief Sanders says the best piece of advice that he has ever received was from John Ridge “you should treat others how you want to be treated.” He remembers this advice from John Ridge, and also references the leadership of Chief Alan Brunacini.
